Over the years, many of you have followed our journey at Mayani Farms — from leaving corporate life behind to building a more intentional, land-connected way of living here in Puerto Rico.
Recently, Sarah was interviewed about one aspect of that journey: the carnivore lifestyle we have personally adopted over the years, how it has impacted our health, and the evolving relationship we’ve had with food and nourishment.
We know our community includes vegans, vegetarians, omnivores, and people simply trying to live and eat more consciously — and we genuinely respect that. This conversation isn’t about telling anyone how they should eat. It’s simply an honest discussion about our own experiences, experimentation, and the different paths people take in trying to care for themselves and their families.
At its core, Mayani Farms has always been about mindfulness, sustainability, questioning modern systems, and reconnecting more deeply with where our food comes from.
